Now here is the picture. The bold ones are just oblivious to the beauty which is also beastly :-P
This was at the bird sanctuary at Ranganthittu on the banks of river Cauvery. Its very near to Bangalore, about 100 kms. This sanctuary is home to wide species of birds and mugger crocodiles. They co-exist and live in harmony.Birds like spoonbill, storks, ducks, ibis, heron and many others can be found.
Birds migrate to here from as far as Siberia, North America, Australia. They breed, lay eggs and move out with their little ones during August only to come back next year :-)
Here are few pictures that I could capture.
The Beautiful :-P
The Bold Couple. They are saying "Yeah? So what?"
"Aww cute couple. When would I find my mate?"
Lotta birds, wherever you set your sight on
I wanna fly!
Who is at the highest throne than me?
My babies, my nest.
The most romantic couple. Guess they were curious to know why were they being disturbed constatnly
For better or for worse,
In sickness and in health,
In good times and in bad,
In joy as well as in sorrow,
To love and to cherish :-)
I promise to love you unconditionally.
From this day forward until death do us apart...............
Or until I fly away :-P
Living in harmony
Yaaawwwwwwnnnn...enough! Go away! :-P
OK!! I am leaving.....going...and I am gone!

Hi,
ReplyDeleteI have checked your pics and its awesome! You are really good with photography.. I suck prety much in clicking pics.. Wanna share some tips!
A.K,
ReplyDeleteThank you very much. Glad you liked them all. I do try my best at clicking pictures, I have a lot to learn.
I dont have professional knowledge to give technical tips. But I could give you suggestions.
Have an eye for beauty. Beauty is all around us, we just have to observe. They might be simple and raw, yet there is some beauty. A decent point and shoot or a cell phone camera is also sufficient.
Just have an eye, work on the angle and if you have digi cam, play around with zoom. Thats all :-)
Thanks a lot again.
The birds just gave you awesome shots! Is it just you , or do they do the same with everyone? Some are too good that they almost seem like stolen pics! :P
ReplyDeleteAnd, why didn't you get more thrilling snaps of the 'beauty'? As in, the 'croc hunter' style.. :D
et,
ReplyDeleteOh yes, they did!! I am indebted to them. Aww, I did not figure that out, if they were sweet only with me or with others as well.
You see, I am charmer, hence I think it was only with me. :-P
Err..thank you. Stolen pics eh? I take that as compliment.
The beauty? Aw, I did not want to disturb it!! Sweet things they were, I let them take their nap :-D
